There are 3 ways to search for products: Product category, disease category and brand. Detail introductions are available in every product, such as size, specification and FAQ etc, which are for your reference.

Step 2
Choosing size/colour/model

Numerous products are available in Medimart. Since there are various sizes/colours/models in every product, the price maybe slightly different. Please choose the suitable option according to your need according to the instructions.

Step 3
Choose buying quantity

Don’t forget to choose the desired buying quantity when shopping. You can change the buying quantity simply by clicking the up/down arrows. System would show the number of products in stocks after choosing the buying quantity.

Hints:
Some hot items may out of stock. In this case, you need to change the buying quantity. (If you wish to make a bulk purchase, please contact us through email for enquiry.)

Step 4
Add to Shopping Cart/ Buy Now

After selected the desired model and buying quantity, you can add it to shopping cart. You can also continue shopping.

If you click [Buy Now], please go to step 6 to continue the purchase procedure.

Step 5
Checking shopping cart

You can go to shopping cart to see the information of the products choosen, or check out.

Click“Checkout”after confirming all details.

Step 6

Selecting delivery service

The system would show different options of delivery method(s) and shipping fees for delivery. Please choose the desired one according to your needs. You can choose delivery service (free when purchasing more than $1000)

 

Step 7
Entering delivery address

Please follow the instructions to fill in your Billing and Delivery address. To ensure the products can be delivered accurately, please double-check the entered address.

You can create an account so that you can log in to view and track order details after shopping.

If you choose to pick up at store, please select “Hong Kong” in the section of Country / Region, and then select the location of store which you wish to pick up at (Once the order is confirmed, the location cannot be changed anymore).

 

Step 8
Confirm bill and choose Payment Method

Read and agree with the terms and policies after confirmed the bill, and then proceed to the payment via VISA, MASTER Card, Ailpay HK or PayMe.

 

Step 9
Payment gateway

The system will drive you to the payment gateway after bill confirmation, and pay your bill.

Our customer service specialists would follow up your order and arrange the delivery as soon as possible. Besides, the system would send the purchase order through email to your account automatically. Keep it for future use.
