Medimart’s delivery service is available for the following areas: Hong Kong, China and overseas. The delivery arrangement and fees are varied according to different locations. Please read the delivery terms of the related region carefully before making an order.

Delivery service in Hong Kong

Charges:

• Purchase over HK$100-HK$799, enjoy SF express Store location and EF Locker delivery service.
• Purchase over HK$800 or above, enjoy any delivery service, include residential address

If purchase below HK$800 and using the residential address delivery service, extra fee of HK$80 (not applicable for special areas)

• Please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before making an order.
• If tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm warning signal is issued on the scheduled day, Delivery would be re-scheduled and re-announced.

Delivery Hours：

• Order cut-off time is 12:00 noon (except weekends), delivery would be arranged on next day if an order made after 12:00 noon.
• Delivery process in Hong Kong would be completed within 2-3 days after making the order under normal circumstances.
• Orders made after order cut-off time on the day before public holiday, or during holiday, delivery date would be postponed accordingly.
• For security purpose, Medimart would not left the goods unattended as the customer’s request. Please accept delivery at designated time as we will try our very best to make the delivery on time.

Shipping Note：

• SF Express Delivery Service: Our company is not responsible for loss or damage of parcels.
• Delivery to residential address: After delivery time is confirmed, if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time, the goods would be sent back to our company. Our company would charge the customer $80 for late delivery if recipient failed to accept delivery twice after confirming arrangement. Extra additional fee would be charged for bulky goods such as hospital beds or geriatric chairs.

Bulky goods delivery:：

Wheelchairs, Geriatric Chairs and other bulky items

If the delivery address is out of reach by lift or elevator, in which our staffs need to make delivery by stairs, an additional fee of HK$50 will be charged for each floor, no upper limit (each bulky item).

Hospital Beds

If the delivery address is out of reach by lift or elevator, (or the lift is too small to carry the bed), in which our staffs need to make delivery by stairs, an additional fee of HK$200 for each floor, no upper limit (each bed).

Changing Delivery information：

• Style, Color, address and delivery date are not changeable after customers have confirmed delivery information. If customers would like to change the details or re-arranging the delivery, no less than 24 hours’ notice must be given by phone or mail to our company.
• If customers request for change in delivery information, Medimart reserves the right to charge additional administrative fee.

Surcharge of remote area：

*The Entrance of Big Wave Bay Estate is restricted zone. No vehicles are allowed to enter those area without Closed Area Permit. In such case, customers could only collect the goods in the car park.
* All vehicles are restricted to enter Ma Wan after 4pm. Therefore, delivery service are only available at 10am-1pm, and 1pm-4pm.

Overseas Delivery Service

• For new registration, please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before making an order.
• Delivery service only covers residential address.

Charge：

• A separate delivery fees would be shown on the bill for all overseas orders. The fees are depending on classification, size, and weight of goods and destination of delivery. Prepaid on shipping fee is required for the delivery service.

Delivery Time：

• Order cut-off time is 12:00 noon (except weekends), delivery would be arranged on next day if an order made after 12:00 noon.
• 3 working days are needed for arrangement order.
• Delivery Time from courier: 2 – 7 working days
• FedEx courier would contact the customer to confirm delivery day and time once the goods arrived.
• If the goods could not be delivered for the first time, FedEx reserve the right to decide whether deliver the goods again or return it to service station until having another rearrangement.
• In the case of 3 trial of delivery, or contacting recipient for 3 times, or the goods arrived for 5days, if delivery cannot be made, it would be seen as failure delivery.
• Customer should follow the policies of FedEx Corporation at the same time. Medimart will not be responsible for all disputes between FedEx and customers during the delivery.

Important notes:

Please make sure the products purchased could be used and imported legally and safely in the according area before making order in this website. Medimart will not bear any legal responsibly for this matter. When products are delivered to other countries, while there are tax such as import duty and VATs (whenever it is charged locally or by other regions), customer should pay the charge.

* Please be aware that it is the responsibility of customer. Import or export duties are not included in the price of the products sold in this website. If such taxes are applicable on the product, customers should pay those charges in reference to the legal tax rate and time. In normal circumstance, the above taxes would be charged by courier during accepting the product. For further details on any extra charges, please refer to the local customs before making order.

Delivery Service in China

• For new registration, please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before making an order.
• Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses.
• A separate delivery fees would be shown on the bill for all China regions’ orders. The fees are depending on classification, size, and weight of goods and destination of delivery. Prepaid on shipping fee is required for the delivery.
• Shipping fee in China maybe adjusted by type and number of goods. Therefore the charges could be varied every time.

Delivery time：

• 7-14 working days are needed for delivery.
• Courier would contact the customer to confirm delivery day and time once the goods arrived.
• If the goods could not arrive the destination on time due to bad weather, our staff would contact the customer for rearrangement.
• Customer should follow the policies of courier at the same time. Medimart will not be responsible for all disputes between courier and customers during the delivery.
• Medimart reserve the right or revising delivery arrangements, terms and policies without prior notice. If there are any disputes in delivery, the terms and policies on the date confirming the order shall be the final.

Pick up at store:

1. No surcharge for store pick up.
2. Customers would receive notification email within 12 hours after a successful purchase. The products will be ready for pickup by 3 working days after the order is made. Customer should visit the selected store and pick up the products within 14days, or otherwise it will be forfeited.
3. Please provide the picker’s name and phone number when picking up the products at store.
4. Change of selected store will be accepted after order confirmation.
