Return Policy

To ensure customers are satisfy with our products, if product(s) was/were found faulty after purchasing, we shall replace it with a new one for free if eligible. Please contact us via email or phone within 7 days after receiving the product as we could arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

All the materials including original product packaging, accessories must be returned, as the same condition as you just received it. If the product(s) returned is/are incomplete or the date of return exceeded 7 days after receiving the product(s), it would be treated as unacceptable returns. You can deliver the product(s) personally to a specified address within our working hours.

We are happy to exchange goods if the latter are damaged or ordered in wrong size within 7 days from the date of invoice. Goods need to be returned in their original packaging. We regret that for reasons of hygiene, personal use products cannot be exchanged, e.g. commodes, incontinent products, compression stocking and pillows, etc.

For product exchange, we cannot refund the balance if the exchanged product is lower in price than the original one.

Medimart reserved the right of whether return the product or not. In case of any dispute, Medimarts’ determination shall be final.


Warranty service is available in most of the products in Medimart. General electronic products and appliances enjoy 1 year free warranty service, while several particular products enjoy more than 1 year warranty service. For details, please refer to the packaging.

Product Maintenance

Please keep the original receipt after purchased products in Medimart’s stores or online store.

Any damage of product(s) within warranty period can be repaired for free. However, extra fee is charged for replacing parts. Medimart reserves the right to request additional maintenance fees in the following cases:

  1. The product was damaged out of misuse, negligence, accident and natural disaster;
  2. The product have been opened, repaired or modified by external technician(s);
  3. The serial number was altered, effaced or removed;
  4. The product is not properly installed according to the official instructions provided;
  5. The customer failed to show the receipt or online registration record;
  6. Misuse, self-modifying and self-repairing, not following the instruction of use or specified power source leading to damage;
  7. Damage after installation due to movement or transportation;
  8. Cabinet, consumable items like batteries, tires, seat cushions, heating pad covers or other accessories.
  9. Mechanical aging

Once warranty period expired, extra charges are required for maintenance service. Customers could contact us for more details. The replaced or repaired section(s) of all repaired products enjoy 90-days of warranty. If the product warranty is longer than 90 days, depend on whichever is longer.

All products, except large items such as hospital beds or geriatric chairs, should be sent to any stores for maintenance in person.

If product(s) is/are being self-modified or self-repaired, the product(s) would not be covered by the warranty.

7-10 working days are needed in order to finish the maintenance. We would contact the customers by phone upon completion.

Overseas maintenance

All service terms and conditions above are applicable to overseas customers. In order to enjoy free maintenance service, products must only be sent to the maintenance service centre located in HK. However, customer should bear the shipping fee. Please contact us via email to confirm the details beforehand.
